I love discovering and trying out new beauty products! It’s one of my favorite things about blogging (besides hearing back from you, of course) Recently, I had an opportunity to check out a handy little beauty accessory that’s the perfect travel solution for on-the-go gals – Travalo!
Travelling with your favorite perfume can be a challenge as the bulky, expensive glass bottles are not so portable and no matter how careful you are while packing your toileteries, there is always a risk of it leaking all over your bag. This is where Travalo comes in – Travalo is a finger-sized refillable perfume atomizer bottle with an easy to use refill system, which quickly transfers perfume directly from a big fragrance spray bottle. Travalo replaces the need to pack along a full-sized perfume bottle and enables you to carry the perfume of your choice into a small reusable container that is leakproof!
So, how does it work? Simply remove the plastic spray nozzle from your perfume glass bottle and stick the bottom of Travalo container on top of the bottle.(Travalo has a hole at the bottom that inserts into the perfume bottle’s pump stick) Then press down repeatedly until the Travalo is filled up completely or to your desired amount. That’s it…..no funnels, no spills!
Travalo has a clear window which makes it easy to see the level of perfume inside so you know when it needs to be refilled. It can hold upto 50 sprays of perfume which is a pretty good amount for travel.
I love Travalo’s sleek design (it’s almost the size of a lipstick) as it can easily be tucked in your purse/evening clutch, gym bag or suitcase. Travalo even has the TSA stamp of approval so you can carry it in your handbag or carry-on luggage without any hassle! This perfume atomizer is very lightweight, shatter proof and environmentally friendly (98% recyclable) too. The only gripe is that it’s hard to clean up this thing. Being a lazy girl, I know I won’t be cleaning it very often but it would be nice if there is an easy way out for that.
I am totally hooked to this stuff and wouldn’t be without it on any of my vacations or weekend getaways! It’s a must-have for all you perfume-loving people so that you can have your favorite scent anywhere, anytime.
