Burt’s Bees güd is Smelltastic!
Mar 5, 2012 by Harshleen
Hey lovelies, today I have more gud stuff coming your way! It’s no secret that the new güd line from Burt’s Bees has quickly become a favorite of mine so when I was asked to test out more goodies from the line, I was more than happy to say Yes
Here’s the little bunch of güd products that I received :
To begin with, I tried the Pearanormal Activity Foaming Hand Wash (8oz for $4.99) I love using foaming hand soaps and this one was an instant hit because it’s gentle on skin and one pump delivers just the right amount to get the job done. As for the scent, I’m typically not a fan of fruity fragrances but there’s something about this juicy-fresh-pear scent that I liked it right from the start.
Next in line is the Floral Cherrynova Body Mist (3oz for $5.99) This is undoubtedly my favorite scent from the güd line – fresh & flirty. I’ve already raved about the body wash here in case you missed it. Yeah, you guessed it right – I love this mist too. And what I really love about it is that alcohol is right at the bottom of the ingredient list so I don’t hesitate a bit spritzing it on my skin whenever I feel like. This floral scent doesn’t last very long (as is usually the case with mists) but sure is good while it does!
Natural Softening Conditioner Orange Petalooza (12oz for $6.99) – This softening conditioner is not super moisturizing for my thick, unruly hair but creamy enough to detangle and leave my tresses touchably soft. It does smell delicious with the scent of blood orange and hyacinth and in fact, it smells even better on my hair than in the bottle.
The Natural Hand Cream in Vanilla Flame (3oz for $7.99) is my least favorite item from the bunch mainly because I don’t really care for the scent. If you are a fan of extra sweet fragrances, you’d probably find it delicious, but it’s not for me. As for the cream itself, the formula is quite moisturizing and absorbs fast but feels a little sticky at first.
As I have mentioned before too, the güd products are all natural and formulated without Parabens, Sulfates, Petrochemicals, Phthalates and never tested on animals. With four luscious scents, feel free to indulge in these affordable, smelltastic bath & body treats!
