L’Oreal Colour Riche Nail Polish in VIP Status

L’Oreal VIP Status is a metallic teal blue with a bit of shimmer. It’s a gorgeous, edgy shade that would be great for fall. I picked up this polish a while ago but somehow it got buried in my stash and I was happy to find it yesterday….painted it on my nails right away!

I really like the color but the formula isn’t that great. It’s smooth but a little thin and the first coat applies quite sheer and streaky. I needed 3 coats to even out and get to the opacity shown in the photo. The drying time is just average at about 5 minutes. Because of the darker color, it was a bit difficult to clean up. I haven’t used a top coat in the pic but added it afterwards to stave off chipping.
