For this month-long campaign, Total Beauty Shops have partnered with Triple Step Toward the Cure which is a non-profit organization whose mission is to fight triple negative breast cancer, a subtype of breast cancer that is more difficult to treat and more likely to recur. This organization educates, supports and empowers diagnosed and at-risk women.
The all-new Pink Embrace Collection features a full-size Living Nature Lipstick ($33.50 value) and is filled with more natural, organic, and top-rated products (over $52 value) for only $24.99 with Free Shipping. As promised, today I have a quick review and pictures of the Pink Embrace collection….let’s take a look:
Living Nature Precious Lipstick (Full Size – $33.50) : Precious by Lorraine Downes is a gorgeous natural nude pink shade. Perfect for everyday wear, this lippie would be a great addition to any girl’s makeup stash….and it’s all-natural to boot! I found the formula quite moisturizing and the color payoff is pretty good too. Love it!
Dove Go Sleeveless Deodorant (Full Size – $4.79) : You guys know I am totally into aluminium-free deodorants now so this one won’t be much useful for me. That said, I have always heard good things about Dove deodorants and this formula promises to go beyond odor and wetness protection to help moisturize delicate underarm skin-leaving it softer & smoother and ready to reveal in just five days! The scent is nice too!
EVOLVh UltraShine Moisture Shampoo & Conditioner (Deluxe size samples – $7 each) – I have only used this shampoo and conditioner duo once so far but really liked it! As you know, I use only sulfate-free shampoos and this one is not only free of sulfates but also sodium chloride and paraben free. The moisturizing formula is great for dry, color treated hair like mine and cleanses thoroughly without sucking out the natural moisture. The conditioner is pretty good too. Another great thing is their scent that leaves my tresses smelling so good!
LaLiciuos Vanilla Body Butter (sample packet): I am not a huge fan of vanilla scents but loved the natural, shea butter based formula that’s very moisturizing without being greasy. I also applied this body butter on my little cutie (who adores vanilla scents) and she loved it so much that I might have to buy a full sized jar for her!
Primavera Calming Moisture Cream (sample packet) : How I wish this came in a deluxe sample size! Formulated for sensitive skin, this natural & organic cream is loaded with gentle yet potent emollients and antioxidants that help deeply hydrate and soothe your skin. Cruelty-free and vegan.
Yu-Be Moisturizing Skin Cream (sample size tube): This is a concentrated glycerin-based moisturizer enriched with Vitamin E that’s great for extra dry areas like rough, dry patches on hands, elbows, knees, and feet. I have this little tube tucked inside my purse for on-the-go moisturizing!
Overall, I think the Pink Embrace box has a really nice collection of natural beauty products that are all useful! It would have been great if all the samples were deluxe-sized but the box still offers a good value overall. Plus, it’s supporting a great cause as a percentage of proceeds will be donated to Triple Step Toward the Cure.
