The consistency of this eye cream is just right for the delicate eye area. It goes on silky soft and smooth with a gentle touch of your finger and absorbs instantly. The Hydro-dynamic ultimate moisture cream feels absolutely lush to apply with its rich texture but does not leave a greasy residue on your skin. I just pat a small amount onto the brow bone and beneath the eyes every day after cleansing my face. A little bit of this cream goes a long way so even though I have been using it twice a day over the past few weeks, it’s going to last me a very long while. Just make sure to follow with a mineral sunscreen during the day to keep your eyes protected from UV damage and maintain the beneficial effects of this eye cream.
There is a mild fragrance but it’s gentle and safe enough for sensitive skin as I have experienced no irritation or stinging around my eyes. The emollient formula with its blend of anti-aging ingredients works well to provide long-lasting hydration and suppleness and I have noticed the difference around my eyes as the skin appears smoother and even toned. The product also claims to smooth the appearance of fine lines but I have not seen any improvement as yet. The only gripe is the jar packaging which requires you to dip your fingers in the cream to use the product.
