From Almay :
The do-it-yourself smoky-i kit that intensifies your eye color. The eye-shaped compact enables mistake-proof application in three easy steps. Who knew smoky eyes could be this easy? Eyeshadow available in 4 easy-to-use shade collections for brown, blue, hazel and green eyes.
Almay intense smoky-i kit for brown eyes comes with three pretty, very wearable shades that you can easily incorporate in your daytime look for a soft, smoky eye. The colors are totally work- appropriate and the easy-to-follow instructions on the back of the compact makes application a snap. The darkest shade in the trio is a satiny bronzey-brown that you can apply from lash line up to the crease blending upwards, the medium one is a shimmery mauve taupe (crease shade) and the lightest shade is a shimmery cream highlighter for the brow bone and /or corners of eyes. Just put on a little mascara and maybe a black-brown eyeliner to complete the look and you are done!
As for the pigmentation factor, the eyeshadows have a medium color payoff with a soft pearl finish but when paired with a primer, they are quite vibrant and last all day without any fading or creasing issues. The shadows go on smoothly and blend beautifully as well. They do have shimmer but not too much and I didn’t notice any fallout.
Overall, Almay intense i-color smoky-i kit for browns is a really nice palette for a natural daytime look with three expertly coordinated, easy-to-work-with shades that would look good on most of the skintones. If you want a more dramatic smoky eye effect for a night out, it’s easy to build up the intensity and the colors do seem to enhance your natural eye color. I’ve got brown eyes and the trio sure works well for me! It also lives upto its claim of all-day crease proof wear. For just about $6 at most drugstores, this palette is a really good buy.
Almay intense i-color smoky-i kit for browns is available at Target, Walgreens, CVS and Ulta stores.

The colors are very pretty and they made it so easy to create the smokey eye.

A woman can’t go wrong with a neutral-smokey eye makeup. I think it flatters any eye color.
