And that’s why TATCHA’s latest offerings – the Overnight Memory Serum Concentrate and Deep Hydration Firming Eye Serum are right up my alley!

Infused with Okinawa Red Algae and other age-fighting botanical extracts, these two new additions to Tatcha’s Luminous Collection work in sync with skin’s natural night-time recovery process to nourish, firm and brighten.

TATCHA Luminous Overnight Memory Serum Concentrate ($110) is described as an “ultra-concentrated formula of red algae, from the mineral-rich waters of Okinawa, deeply hydrates skin. Seven rich botanical extracts—squalane from olive fruit, green tea, wild thyme, ginseng root, licorice root, sweet marjoram, and jujube fruit—work to improve skin clarity, texture, and tone to reveal replenished, dewy skin by morning. HADASEI-3™, Tatcha’s proprietary antiaging blend of green tea, rice bran, and red algae, restore and protect youthful radiance.”

Packaged in an elegant purple glass jar with a cute little golden spoon tucked under the ribbon on the lid, the Memory Serum Concentrate has a unique jelly-like texture that immediately melts onto my skin, leaving it supple and hydrated but not at all greasy. The formula is so lightweight and soothing and smells just as great as it feels! It has a faint natural floral fragrance that dissipates quickly and doesn’t linger around.

I love how it adds a healthy dose of moisture that’s good enough even for my dry winter skin (which means I can easily skip any additional moisturizer or cream on those nights when I’m wayyy too tired!) And a little goes a long way so just a small scoop of this serum concentrate is enough for my face and neck (this 1.7oz jar will easily last me several months!) It gives my skin a subtle dewy glow by morning, but there’s no noticeable film or slimy sheen left behind.

TATCHA describes the Luminous Deep Hydration Firming Eye Serum ($95) as “a weightless serum of Okinawa Red Algae, Honeysuckle Leaf and Caffeine that offers instantly-visible firming, reduced puffiness, and plumping hydration to diminish fine lines.”

This eye serum really lives up to its claim of being weightless yet super hydrating and soothing. I really like its ceramic applicator tip that’s naturally cool to the touch, helping soothe puffiness under eyes and makes it easy to gently massage the serum in the delicate undereye area. The silky feather-light formula absorbs very quickly, making my undereye area feel soft & smooth while providing long-lasting moisture. It also contains fine dust of 23-karat gold to brighten and diminish shadows under the eyes without adding any shimmer. And yeah it works well under makeup too! I would recommend the Deep Hydration Firming Eye Serum for all skin types, even sensitive, because it has a very gentle formula that makes the skin around the eyes look healthy and well-rested.
