ULINX Magnetic Jewelry Review and Giveaway

Not sure if I have mentioned this before but I love jewelry! So when I was approached by ULINX jewelry to check out and review their instantly customizable magnetic bracelets, I was happy to say yes!

What is ULINX?

ULINX Jewelry offers an entirely different design experience for fashion-forward, contemporary women. ULINX modular jewelry encourages individuals to use their imagination to create customized jewelry designs that express their personal style and suit their mood. ULINX refers to the idea of linking together the modular magnetic jewelry pieces in combinations or designs called “Combos.” The collection is made up of two components– LINX and CLIX– with an endless number of original Combos to be created.

How it Works

LINX are 6mm spheres, made of magnetized neodymium, that hold everything together, so you don’t need strings, chords or chains with this jewelry. CLIX are the originally designed pieces that you choose, mix and match to create your very own jewelry designs and collections.

Creating your own bracelet is super easy! Visit the ULINX website and click on the ‘Design Your Own‘ section to start.. Here is what you’ll see :

First, choose your bracelet shape from 8 unique designs. Then just drag & drop your favorite CLIX charms (22 different designs available) to build your customized bracelet. Once the design is complete, you can check out your creation in 3D view and even share it your friends on Facebook or twitter before adding it to your cart.

The bracelet is very well made. It’s a little heavy but is totally comfortable to wear. Since all the pieces link to each other magnetically, I could easily adjust the size by removing a few pieces. The magnetic linx that hold the bracelet together are very strong and the pieces won’t come apart as as you are moving around wearing the bracelet. What I like the most is that it’s easy to add/rearrange the magnets whenever you want to “redesign” the bracelet to suit your style and match your mood. It could even be made into a ring! I must say this is a fine piece of jewelry high on the style quotient.
