And I am so glad I did that because the set was sold out the very next day!

This deodorant is truly a healthy yet effective option for fighting odor, and I can feel the difference even in these hot summer days! Not only does it provide long-lasting odor control but the essential oils based formula is actually quite soothing and even slightly conditioning, making it suitable for sensitive skin. This is the only deodorant I can use on my underarms right after shaving and it doesn’t sting or cause any irritation unlike regular deodorants. The formula is not completely clear and leaves a bit of white residue initially but absorbs well enough that it’s not unsightly.

As for the scents, here’s a short description for each from Lavanila :

Vanilla Grapefruit – An Uplifting Citrus. Essential oils of crisp grapefruit and lime combine for a crisp and fresh feeling.

Vanilla Coconut – Paradise Found. Essential oils of tropical coconut and bright tiare flower are reminiscent of a fresh island breeze.

Vanilla Passion Fruit – The Tropical Scent of Temptation. Essential oils of passion fruit mingle with guava and vanilla for an uplifting burst of freshness.

Vanilla Blackberry – Seductively Sweet. Essential oils of juicy blackberry blend with raspberry and vanilla for a crisp and delicate freshness that lasts all day.

Honestly, I am not much of a vanilla scent fan but surprisingly found all of the above scents quite pleasant and delightful! They are not too sweet or overpowering. My favorite scent out of these four is Vanilla Grapefruit.

Overall, I am very impressed with Lavanila The Healthy Deodorant. If you are also into natural, aluminium-free deodorants like me, this one is definitely worth picking up. Considering each of the full-sized (2 oz) deodorant retails for $14, this 4-pack set was a fantastic deal…..no wonder it was sold out so soon!
