Hello beauties, don’t we all love to sport luscious red lips during fall and winter time? But we don’t often use red on our eyes. I was arranging my eye shadow palettes yesterday when I spotted the Sleek good girl palette which I had bought almost a year ago. I had almost forgotten about this beauty and felt like those lovely red and pink shades were calling out to me “Show us some love”. I love Sleek palettes but Good girl is the least used amongst all my palette collection. So I decided to create a look from this palette.
Here is the final look :
Let’s take it step by step –
Apply eye primer on eye lid to prevent creasing. I used Too Faced shadow Insurance. Apply NYX Jambo pencil in Yogurt on the inner ¾ of eye lid like this-
Apply Morello (Berry red) eye shadow at the outer corner of eye and blend it inwards.( MAC -219 Pencil brush).
Next, apply Candy Floss (pink) eye shadow in to the crease and blend it up wards. (MAC 224- blending brush).
Then apply Moringue (Light pink champagne) eye shadow at the center and inner half of the eye lid( MAC-239, shader brush).
And then apply Lychee (shimmery white) eye shadow at the inner corner, at tear duct area and on brow bone (MAC-239)
Apply Papaya (red) eye shadow at outer corner of lower lash line and blend it with pearly pink eye shadow.
To finish up the look, use a white khol liner on your water line , curl your lashes and apply 2-3 coats of mascara. If you want to wear false lashes, apply it before applying mascara.
To make this look appropriate for holidays, I lined my lower lash line with silver glitter eyeliner.
Here is the finished look:
Hope you gals like it!
