Do you have dry hair and are looking to add life back to it? Then let me introduce you to Surface Bassu Hydrating Masque. This hair masque is meant for dry, sun-ravaged or chemically processed hair that needs thorough conditioning to look healthy.
According to Surface Hair – Infused with sustainably harvested Babassu seed oil and vegan Proteins of Amaranth and Soy, it works to soften and strengthen hair from the inside out. Amaranth, the “Never Fading Flower” has a natural resistance to UV and is known to be one of the best protein sources. Soy adds flexibility while Tourmaline aids in the overall conditioning and reduces styling time.
Bassu hydrating masque has a creamy texture with a sweet, delicious scent. What I really love about this hair masque is that it just needs to be applied and left for a minute or two to condition your hair deeply. For most of the hair masks, you have to leave in the product for at least 10-15 minutes after shampooing. Not for this one, I just use it like a regular conditioner and rinse it out as I am done with my shower. The results are instant as it leaves my hair feeling so smooth and luxuriously soft without any greasy residue. You can also use a pea-sized amount as a leave-in conditioner on towel dried hair.
As you can see in the ingredients list above, it has all the good stuff in it and since there are no sulfates, sodium chloride etc in the Bassu hydrating line, it’s also gentle on color treated hair. Priced at about $32 for a 6oz bottle, Surface Bassu Hydrating masque is a little spendy but well-worth considering as a once-a-week treatment for dry, fuzzy hair to restore moisture and shine while minimizing frizz.
