Before I picked up the Shea Moisture Argan Oil & Raw Shea Body Wash recently at Target, I had never bought anything from the Shea Moisture brand. But now that I have tried this fantastic body wash, I’m excited to have discovered a new drugstore favorite and can’t wait to get my hands on more bath and body goodies from Shea Moisture!

I got this body wash mainly because it combines two of my favorite skincare ingredients – argan oil and shea butter. Plus, the formula is sulfate-free (always a plus for me!) and also has other good stuff like coconut oil and panthenol in the mix. Despite being an SLS free body wash, it lathers really well and gets you super clean, while leaving your skin feeling soft and moisturized. The scent is divine too! It’s a delicate and soothing fragrance that makes me feel pretty, not strong at all. I hope they have a hydrating body lotion in the same scent so that I can use it to layer the soft fragrance!
The Shea Moisture Argan oil & Raw Shea body wash is like a treat for your skin in the shower! I really don’t have anything bad to say about it. At $9.99 for a 13oz bottle, the price is also good and it’s available easily at your local Target stores. This one is a definite repurchase for me!
Shea Moisture products are free of Parabens, Phthalates, Paraffin, Propylene Glycol, Mineral Oil, Synthetic Fragrance, Animal Testing, PABA, Synthetic Colors and Sulfates (Why didn’t I try this line sooner?)

I am a fan of shea butter but this is the first time I have seen shea butter and argan oil in the same product! I love the argan oil for skin products, but have just been using them for scars and uneven skin tones. I think this would be great. Two in one!
Argan oil is the best for hair and skin remedies. I’ve been using it for my stretch marks. It really works. I love the result.
