I picked up the Revlon Scented Nail Enamel in Ocean Breeze a few weeks ago from Ulta. I hadn’t tried any scented nail polishes yet so I thought it would be good to get one but I was mainly attracted to the stunning color – a deep turqoise blue with shimmer. It looks as pretty on the nails as in the bottle. Sometimes, the color appears more of a metallic green than blue….loving it!
This required three coats. The formula is just as good as the standard Revlon nail enamels and goes on smooth but this polish shows quite a few brush strokes that I didn’t like. I was also not too pleased with the scent that was too chemical-y. Good thing (at least for me) is that the scent doesn’t last long, not more than a few hours. With a base and topcoat, I got about 4 days without any chips from this nail polish.
Revlon scented nail enamels are available in 16 shades. Have you tried any of the scented nail polishes from this line? Did you like it?
