I received the éclos Anti-Aging Skin Care Starter Kit containing sample sizes of their complete product line. After using the kit for a week now, here’s what I think of the products:
Facial Cleanser Skin Prep – This natural facial cleanser works really well for my dry skin. It has a soft gel like consistency and lathers nicely removing all makeup and daily debris. You just need a tiny bit of the product and it leaves the skin clean and refreshed without that squeaky clean, tight feeling. It’s free of SLS or other harsh detergents and suitable for all skin types even for those with sensitive skin.
Cellular Activator Face Serum – This facial serum has been infused with high-potency apple stem cells, plant extracts and pentapeptides to promote collagen production, help reduce appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and also protect against environmental damage. Not only do I love the ingredient list, but also the lightweight consistency that goes on super smooth and absorbs very quickly. Definitely my favorite in the kit!
Moisture Therapy Regenerative Cream – Recommended to be used after the face serum, this moisturizing face cream contains antioxidants and shea butter to nourish your skin and protect against aging free radicals. I like the hydrating formula but find the fragrance (even though it’s natural) a bit too strong. Also, not a fan of the jar packaging.
Restorative Eye Cream – Designed to moisturize and reduce fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes, this natural eye cream boasts of various botanical extracts, vitamins and also caffeine to help decrease puffiness by reducing inflammation. The formula is very gentle and does not sting or irritate the sensitive eye area. It soaks in quickly as well without leaving a greasy residue. And a little goes a long way!
Instant Radiance Facial Scrub – Exfoliates dry, dull dead skin cells and evens out skin tone and texture. The scrub doesn’t foam at all and warms up a bit when gently massaged onto wet face. It has really tiny scrubbing beads that do not feel too rough and seem to melt on the skin while applying. After rinsing out, it does leave my skin very smooth and soft. It is recommended to be used once every other day.
Skin Renewal Clay Mask – This natural clay mask is meant to absorb impurities and help unclog pores to restore smooth, youthful texture to skin. It’s not too thick and spreads easily with a cooling sensation. Just leave it on your face for 5 -10 minutes as the mask hardens and then rinse with warm water. This would be a good choice for oily skin types as Kaolin (clay) helps not only helps draw out impurities but also clear skin of excess oil.
Overall, I am impressed! These products have worked well for my dry, senstive without any irritation or breakouts.

I also have sensitive skin and mine is a dry/oily combo…oily around the nose mostly. I love seeing that little TSA friendly bit in the corner of the first photo! I love to travel and have a hard time bringing my skin items with me 🙁 I would be most excited to try the Restorative eye cream, mainly because I’m currently looking for my holy grail, must have eye cream!
