Before I get to the dryer’s effectiveness, let me tell you a little bit about my hair and routine. I have thick, wavy and fairly long hair (mid-back length). Before blow drying, I make sure to towel-dry my hair thoroughly to get rid of excess water. Normally, I never blow dry my hair entirely from root to tip because it takes at least 15-20 minutes of medium to high-heat to dry completely.
