True to its name, this eyeliner is perfect indeed! The texture is super creamy and glides on like butter across the lash line, no tugging or skipping whatsoever. The formula is a lot like the Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliners but just a bit more creamy. It is richly pigmented as well and just one swipe yields beautiful color pay off. And if you are a smoky-eye kinda girl, the smudger on the opposite end makes it easy-peasy to achieve the look.

As for the long-wearing claim, that’s also spot on! The formula doesn’t budge all day and lasts without any fading or migrating issues, until you’re ready to take it off. The longevity on the waterline isn’t that great though (only about 2 hours or so), however it stays put very well on the lower lash line.

Perfect Moss is a shimmery olive green that looks fabulous on my brown eyes! It’s a gorgeous, perky shade but isn’t flashy and is just perfect for fall…..LOVE it!
