Lumene Time Freeze Anti-Age CC Cream is a new multi-benefit color-correcting product designed to provide instant perfecting coverage for redness, discoloration, and enlarged pores with long-wear, natural looking concealing color and smoothing primer. It promises to be a handy solution for those who like a product that is easy, quick and comfortable to use.
Lumene Time Freeze Color Correcting CC Cream minimizes the appearance of imperfections and evens your skin tone while fighting the visible signs of premature aging on the cellular level. Arctic lingonberry delivers omega fatty acids to repair age damage and increase skin’s elasticity. Vitamin C neutralizes free radicals and boosts collagen synthesis while broad spectrum UV filters defend against environmental aggressors. Available in two shades: Light (for fair skin) and Medium (for medium-fair skin).
This unique formula offers 6-in-1 properties:
– Foundation – a fine but well covering formula. The shades are designed to neutralize the color of red areas.
– Concealer
– Primer
– Illuminator
– Long-lasting
– SPF 20
Ingredients : Alumina, Cetearyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 Dimethicone, Cyclohexasiloxane, Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethicone, Disteardimonium Hectorite, Ethylhexylglycerin, Fragrance, Helianthus Annus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Hexyl Laurate, Iron Oxides, Isododecane, Magnesium Sulfate, Methicone, MICA, Nylon-12, Perfluorooctyl, Triethoxysilane, Phenoxyethanol, Polyglyceryl-4 Isostearate, Propylene Carbonate, Propylene Glycol, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Titanium Dioxide, Triethoxycaprylysilane, Vaccinium Vitis-idaea Seed Oil, Water
Lumene Time Freeze Anti-Age CC Cream has a very lightweight, creamy liquid texture that applies on smoothly and blends easily. I tried the shade Medium which is surprisingly a bit lighter for my medium (MAC NC 25-ish) skintone. It’s not a self-adjusting formula so although not a perfect match, it didn’t look pasty or weird on my skin.
As for the coverage, it’s sheer-medium with a semi-matte finish. It does a good job of concealing slight imperfections, discoloration and evens out my skin tone nicely for a fresh, natural look. I don’t have a lot of redness issues but I think the formula would neutralize redness quite well. As the coverage is light and stays that way, you would need a spot concealer for major problem areas like dark spots or acne scars etc.
The formula isn’t hydrating enough on its own for my dry skin so I need to apply a light moisturizer (with SPF for daytime) underneath. It has a light floral scent that dissipates soon after application. I got about 6 – 7 hours of wear time so the formula wasn’t very long-lasting for me but fairly decent.
Overall, Lumene Time Freeze Anti-Age CC Cream is a nice, budget-friendly color correcting and brightening formula to perk up dull, tired skin. It offers light, breathable and natural coverage that smooths out uneven skin color and redness…..great for everyday wear! However, the shade range is very limited as there are no options for medium to dark skintones so that’s definitely a drawback.
You can find Lumene Time Freeze Anti-Age CC Color Correcting Cream at CVS, CVS.com, Ulta, Ulta.com and Dermstore.com for $14.99

This looks interesting. I wonder if the sunscreen is chemical or mineral? I should take a look at the ingredients in store.

I love CC Creams. I probably wouldn’t find a shade match though. Lumene is a fairly new brand to me. I’ve only tried their Vitamin C moisturizer.

I have oily skin so I like that this brand has semi-matte finish. I can already tell that medium is also light for me. I haven’t tried any Lumene products though.
