The April 2014 Glossybox is finally here! With summer quickly approaching, this month GLOSSYBOX included beauty treats perfect for the beach season.
Now let’s check out the goodies in the box :
Aqua Spa Relax Body Crème (deluxe sample) – With an aromatic blend of lavender & chamomile, this body creme really has a beautiful, calming scent that I love! The formula is rich and hydrating but not at all greasy/heavy and soaks in quickly. I actually like using it as a hand cream at night as I prepare for my beauty sleep.
Caldrea Body Wash (sample size) – I got this in the Tea Olive Lime scent. It’s a clean and fresh, citrusy scent that’s quite nice! The formula is enriched with brightening Angelica Root and Linden Flower extracts and lathers up really well.
Bellápierre Cosmetics Vanilla Pink SUPER Gloss (full size, $24.50) – I really like this lipgloss! The bronzy pink color is so pretty…..just perfect for summer! Infused with vitamin E and Jojoba oil, the formula is quite moisturizing and feels great on the lips and isn’t sticky at all…what’s not to love?
LA Splash Cosmetics Eyeshadow Sealer/Base (full size, $9) – This eyeshadow base is meant to intensify color and provide extra protection against smears and smudges. I tried it out yestrerday and even though it does a a pretty good job of helping my eyeshadow stay put without creasing, I didn’t like it much because of its slightly sticky, tacky consistency.
Ciaté London Paint Pot (full size, $15) – I had never tried anything from Ciate (but wanted to!) so it was great to see this polish! I got the shade Skinny dip. Love the bright, shimmery orange color that just screams summer to me! It’s such a fun shade…..I will be sure to do a NOTD post with it soon!
Overall, I really liked April’s GLOSSYBOX! The lipgloss and nail polish are big hits and the lavender body creme is lovely too! What did you think of this GLOSSYBOX?
