My June Beauty Box 5 is here! The theme of this month’s box is Summer Chic, focusing on less effort, more cool with iconic (and easy) hot weather basics.
Here’s what I got in the June box :
Nicka K Nail Polish ($4.99)- This is a classic red shade that has been a nice addition to my ever-growing polish stash. The formula is pretty good – smooth and opaque in just one coat. Plus, I love the bottle design!
Glam Natural Mascara ($14 value) – GlamNatural is one of my favorite natural beauty brands so I am always happy to try out their products! Designed for sensitive eyes, this mascara is gluten-free, paraben-free and hypoallergenic.
Vitabath Body Wash in Cupcake Couture Dreamy Pink Frosting – I am not very fond of sweet and fruity smelling bath & body products so didn’t like the scent of this one. I do like that the formula is sulfate and paraben free, foams well and leaves skin clean and soft.
OGX Coconut Water Shampoo and Conditioner (sample packets) – Infused with hydrating coconut water, nutrient rich electrolytes and coconut oil, this sulfate-free haircare duo is formulated for dry, parched hair. I will definitely be trying it out!
Eslor Introductory Collection Calming Kit (4 sample packets, .17 oz each) – This skincare kit includes samples of Eslor’s Soothing Refiner & Cleanser, Replenishing Scrub, Comforting Mask and Soothing Cream. I have never heard of this brand before. The only thing I tried so far from this sampler kit is the comforting mask and really liked it.
This month, Beauty Box 5 also included 4 cards with coupon code for a completely Free introduction box for new subscribers, or $12 off a quarterly or yearly subscription. Just enter the code FREE614 at checkout when you place an order at Beauty Box 5. The code is valid only until June 30, 2014 so if you haven’t signed up for Beauty Box 5 yet, try it now!

Hi. I do beauty blogging as well and was under the impression that one could receive a free box to try by adding the code FREE614 so they can decide if they wanted to purchase a subscription. Is that possible? Thanks much.
