Nude lipsticks have become a perennial favorite! We already talked about how to rock bright pink and coral lipsticks for spring so I felt like the next best shade was nude because it’s just as sexy and chic for this time of the year!
It seems easy enough; find a lip color labeled “nude” and you’re good to go…right? Nope! A nude lip is something that everyone can pull off but it has to be the perfect shade that complements your skin tone and gives you that sultry, bare pout (without the too pale or washed out effect) Much like a red, there are so many different shades and there is sure to be one for your skin tone.
If you’re still on the hunt for your perfect nude lipstick and need a few ideas, here are some of the best nude lipstick shades (drugstore and high-end) from pinky-browns to peachy-nudes that will light up your face…instantly!
Charlotte Tilbury Kissing Lipstick in Penelope Pink ($32) – This is a pink-nude beige, perfect for fair to light/medium skintones.
Rimmel London Lasting Finish Lipstick By Kate Moss #14 ($5) – A soft pink-nude with a hint of peach…very pretty! This one is perfect for fair to medium skin tones.
L’Oreal Paris Colour Riche Balm in Nourishing Nude ($5.99) – A cute, barely there nude that’s great for pale and very fair skin tones.
L’Oreal Paris Colour Riche Lipstick in JLo’s Nude ($8.99) – A soft, pinkish nude that’s perfect for light to medium/olive skinned beauties.
Too Faced Melted Liquified Long Wear Lipstick in Melted Nude ($21) – A soft, peachy nude that’s great for all skin tones.
NARS Audacious Lipstick in Barbara ($34) – This is a creamy, rosy-beige nude shade that would look great on fair to light/medium skintones.
Urban Decay Vice Lipstick in Liar ($17) – A creamy pink-nude that’s great for all skin tones.
BareMinerals Marvelous Moxie Lipstick in Take Charge ($18) – A mid-tone nude with slightly brown undertones that works well for light to olive/medium skin tones.

Milani Color Statement Lipstick in Dulce Caramelo ($5) – A gorgeous pearly, bronzy-brown nude that’s perfect for olive to medium and even dark skin tones. It’s one of my top favorites!
Mac Lipstick in Hug me ($17.50) – A lovely, rosy nude that can easily be your ‘goes with everything’ lipstick! I think it’s also great for all skin tones.
Maybelline New York Color Whisper Lipcolor in Mocha Muse ($5) – This is another universally flattering nude. I love pairing it with a bold smokey eye!
Wet n Wild Megalast Lipcolor Bare It All ($5) – A light/medium warm nude that’s not too pink or brown. It’s super affordable from the drugstore and also works well for almost all skin tones!
