The three shades I have are 05 Skinny Jeans (deep denim blue), 06 Demi-grape (blackened purple) and 07 Angel Hair (bright white). Out of these three, my current favorite is the blue that’s great for adding a subtle pop of color to your eyes!

The ultra-fine tip of the Clinique Skinny Sticks really does make it easy getting up super close to the lash line and get a thin line to create natural-looking definition (without the hassle of a liquid liner!) Texture-wise, the formula is slightly on the drier side but glides on pretty smoothly without any pulling or tugging. The color payoff is not intense but it’s nicely pigmented and gives me much more than just a soft wash of color. If you are going for a bold and dramatic look, you will probably need to build up the color by layering a bit. Also, the color doesn’t show up very well on my waterline so I have just been using these along my upper lash line.

I tried a double liner look by drawing a thin line with the black-ish purple (Demi-grape) along the lash line and then used the blue shade (Skinny Jeans) on top to create a second line…it looked great! The best part is that the color stays put all day without smudging! Here are the swatches :

Overall, Clinique Skinny Stick eyeliners get my seal of approval. These ultra-fine eyeliner pencils with a precise tip get right on the lash line to create natural definition and are also great for using in between lashes to enhance them for a thicker, fuller look!
