When it comes to lip color, I want a little bit of everything. Give me a hint of shine, color and some moisture, and I’m happy! Today I have a quick roundup of 5 of my current favorite fall lipsticks that I find myself reaching for again and again…
Here are my fall favorite lippies perfectly primed to the changing season, maybe you’ll find your new lipstick BFF in this list!
Dior Rouge Dior Lipstick in Rouge Blossom – I have found my perfect red in this stunning lipstick from Dior! I love how pigmented the color is with very fine shimmer that really just adds some dimension when applied. It’s the perfect ‘starter red’ for those who do not want a bold red but still looking for a vibrant pop of color! The formula is smooth and creamy with a comfortable semi-matte finish. It lasts quite well and leaves that just-ate-cherry kind of stain.
L’Oréal Paris Color Riche Extraordinaire Lip Color in Blushing Harmony – Packed with pigment, this is a creamy liquid lip color with a glossy shine! Blushing Harmony is a medium plummy-pink that’s a perfect neutral shade for everyday wear. The oil-based formula feels very moisturizing without being sticky and I love that it stays on a while.
CoverGirl Colorlicious Lipstick in Coquette Orchid – This is a lovely purple-pink with an opaque creamy finish, slightly frosty but very wearable. The formula doesn’t stay put very long, but is fairly long-lasting and wears comfortably.
Too Faced La Crème Color Drenched Lip Cream – This is one of my long time favorite lipsticks! I really love the creamy, hydrating feel of this lipstick that also delivers on the pigmentation front. Honey Bear is a gorgeous mauvish-brown with slight shimmer. It’s not too dark and is the perfect natural shade for an instantly polished look.
Almay Smart Shade Butter Kiss Lipsticks in Berry Light/Medium – This is a lovely, easy-to-wear berry pink that instantly makes me look put together. True to its name, the creamy formula has a buttery-smooth feel. The color payoff is pretty good and adds a pretty pop of pink!
