Wet n Wild Mega Last Lip Colors is one of the latest lip launches from the brand. Wet n wild already had a line of Mega Last lipsticks, but now they have revamped the range and added more shades.
The new Wet n Wild MegaLast Lip Color collection features 26 shades in two finishes with 13 High-Shine lipsticks and 13 Matte lipsticks. From bold & bright shades like red, coral, berry and burgundy to neutrals like nude, pink, and mauve that are perfect for everyday, the collection has a great shade range for all your lipstick needs at an affordable price!
Wet n Wild Mega Last High-Shine Lip Colors
Let’s talk about the Wet n Wild Mega Last High-Shine Lip Colors (the ones in white case) first. The formula is enriched with moisturizing ingredients like Murumuru Butter, Mango Butter, Sunflower and Watermelon Seed Oils to nourish the lips.
Creamy, comfy and lightweight, these lipsticks glide on effortlessly with a smooth and shiny finish. They have such a superb color payoff that’s buildable and won’t feather or bleed. And I love how long-wearing this lipstick is despite the glossy finish! The shine lasts for only about 1-2 hours but the color stays put for a good 5-6 hours at least.
From a hot pink to sultry sangria, the Mega Last High-Shine Lip Color comes in 13 beautiful shades to choose from. In this photo, I am rocking the shade Crimson Crime, a bright and beautiful red.
And I am also loving Mad for Mauve for an everyday, casual look. Here are the swatches of all the high-shine shades:
Wet n Wild Mega Last Matte Lip Colors
If you are more into matte finish, the Wet n Wild Mega Last Matte Lip Color (in black case) is the perfect pick! Available in 13 shades, it’s a long-lasting semi-matte lipstick infused with lip-loving ingredients including Hyaluronic Acid, Marine Plant Extracts, Coenzyme Q10, Vitamins A & E, Murumuru Seed Butter and Argan Oil to add moisture and nourish.
The matte lip colors are also highly pigmented with full-coverage color in one to two swipes. The creamy formula goes on smoothly with a velvet-matte finish. What I really like about this matte lipstick is that it isn’t drying and wears comfortably without leaving my lips feeling starved of moisture. It doesn’t have a super dry look or feel and great for those of use who struggle with dry lips.
These lipsticks are also truly long-lasting and hold up really well through the day, even with eating and drinking. If you’re on the hunt for a well-pigmented matte lipstick that’s both non-drying and long-wearing, this one is a must-try! My favorite shades in the matte lip color lineup are Bare It All, Wine Room, Sexpot Red and Mochalicious.
Both the high-shine and matte lip colors are cruelty-free, fragrance-free and gluten-free. Here are the swatches of all the matte shades:
With a creamy, comfortable and pigment-packed formula that’s also long-lasting, Wet n Wild Mega Last Lip Colors are a winner all around. And for $1.99 each, you really can’t go wrong with these!
Not to mention, the 26-shade lineup has something for everybody, whether it be nude pink, mauve, red, plum or purple. You’re sure to find a few shades you’ll love!
