Supergoop Antioxidant-Infused Sunscreen Day Cream SPF 40 – Even with 10% zinc oxide as the active ingredient, this oil-free sunscreen doesn’t leave any white cast and has a gentle, nicely moisturizing formula without a heavy/greasy feel on the skin. The antioxidants infused formula is also water resistant and free of any parabens and fragrances. My only gripe is its slightly shiny finish as I like to go semi-matte when it comes to facial sunscreens.
Jurlique Purely Bright Facial Cleanser – This creamy cleanser is just perfect for my normal to dry, sensitive skin! The formula is totally sulfate-free (which is a must-have in a face wash for me!) but foams up enough to remove all traces of makeup, dirt and impurities. It also contains willow bark extract (natural form of salicylic acid) and pumice as natural exfoliators to gently polish skin without any gritty particles. I am also fond of its light botanical, citrusy scent that’s very nice and refreshing
Elta MD UV Lip Balm Broad Spectrum SPF 31 – This is one of the best zinc oxide based lip sunscreens that I have tried so far! Not only does it provide long-lasting UVA/UVB protection with transparent zinc oxide but is also very moisturizing without any funky taste/scent. I found this one on Dermstore for only $10.
Elavo Radiant Eyes – Designed to reduce the appearance of dark circles, puffiness and fine lines, this eye cream contains various skin firming & smoothing ingredients including peptides, natural antioxidant extracts and Vitamin K. I really liked its ultra-lightweight texture that never leaves a greasy residue plus the fragrance-free formula is very gentle on the sensitive skin around the eyes.
Cleure Natural Suncreen SPF 30 – Yes, another sunscreen! SPF is your-skin’s-best-friend all year round but summer is that time of the year when sunscreen on the daily is a MUST. This natural, moisturizing sunscreen also has my favorite mineral active zinc oxide (20%) but despite the whopping amount, it doesn’t leave a white-ish cast on my skin and the formula isn’t greasy either. However, the consistency of this product is a little on the thick side with a bit of stickiness and that’s why I prefer using it as a body sunscreen and not so much on my face.

Thank you for posting about this. I’ve been searching for great sunscreens in the market because as you’ve said, summertime calls for more sunscreen. Thanks again!

I am unfamiliar with all of these. So, it is nice to read a blogger’s review on them.

I love Empties posts, they are so useful I think, you know that review is thorough when someone finishes a whole product! I have been looking into trying some Jurlique products, they have such a good reputation, I think this cleanser would work really well for me, I’ll definitely have to try it out!
