With Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide as the sunscreen actives, this physical SPF formula is right up my alley! It’s a double duty product that not only defends against the damaging UVA/UVB rays but also works well as a makeup primer, providing a smooth, non-sticky base for makeup application so your foundation glides on easily and stays put longer. It has an elegant non-greasy, lightweight formula with a typical primer-like feel going on the skin. The product absorbs quickly and dries to a velvety smooth, matte finish. It also provides a light dose of moisture which is always a plus for my dry skin! The formula is slightly tinted to help even out the skin tone but the tiny bit of coverage doesn’t really help cover any imperfections.
As there are no artificial fragrances, dyes, or harsh irritants in the formula, it is perfectly suitable for sensitive skin types to provide the crucial broad-spectrum sun protection. The only drawback of this product is that the formula lacks any significant anti-aging ingredients except for the antioxidant green tea to counteract free radicals. Also, it’s a bit on the pricey side at $50 for 1.7 oz.

This sounds interesting. My skin is super sensitive + prone to breakouts if I do something it doesn’t like. I like the fact that you included the “not tested on animals” bit in there. I do my best to use only cruelty-free products.
