Just in time for the pool season, Finger Paints has a new limited edition collection out for summer called Poolside Paradise Collection that features 6 neon bright, micro-metallic, striking summer shades!
Hula Aruba – a shimmery bright lemon yellow. It’s a bright pop of sunshine yellow with a thin formula that’s easy to work with and covers well in 2 coats. This is my favorite of the bunch!
Wild Bikini – a gorgeous purple with purple/pink micro glitter. This is the only one that gave me a bit of trouble and applied somewhat patchy if I wasn’t careful. I would advice to let the polish dry completely between coats.
Aloha Lei – a bright orange polish with golden micro glitter. The formula was thin and easy to work with and covers well in 2 coats.
Margarita Mambo – a lime green polish with micro glitter. The formula for this one was also thin and required 3 coats to cover completely.
Be My Baby – a shimmery, hot pink. The formula for this one was great and covered perfectly in 2 coats.
Surf’s Up – a shimmery bright medium blue. This formula for this one applied well and wasn’t too thin, not too thick. It also covers perfectly in 2 coats.
Overall, I love this collection – super fun right? Being a huge fan of shimmery polishes (seriously, I hardly reach for totally matte shades), I really enjoyed this colorful collection but it would have been nice if they included a couple of glossy creme shades instead of all shimmer.
