You guys know how much I LOVE drugstore beauty buys! So, today I am sharing my tried-and-true drugstore skincare favorites for dry skin that maximize moisture while helping to revitalize dull, drab complexion.
Drugstore Skincare Routine For Dry Skin
From facial cleanser and daytime moisturizer with SPF to overnight hydration—these hard-working heroes will have you covered through every step of your skincare regimen! Hopefully this drugstore skincare routine for dry skin will take the guesswork out of skin care for you!

Facial Cleansers
Simple Skincare Micellar Cleansing Water ($5.99) – This is one of the most gentle yet effective micellar waters at the drugstore. It provides a thorough cleanse, removing makeup without harsh rubbing or drying your skin. No harsh chemicals or fragrance.
For long-wearing waterproof makeup though, I highly recommend the Bioderma Sensibio H2O ($14 for a generously sized 16.7 oz) that’s just as amazing and gentle for sensitive skin.
Eucerin Gentle Hydrating Foaming Cleanser ($14) – Free of harsh soap or drying detergent ingredients, this is a truly gentle foaming cleanser. It does a great job of removing dirt, makeup, oil and rinses away easily leaving skin feeling soft, clean and free of soapy residue.
Simple Moisturizing Facial Wash ($9.56) – True to its name, this face wash cleans your skin with a gentle hydrating touch, and contains no harsh chemicals or fragrance. It cleanses thoroughly without leaving skin feel dry or tight.
Olay Daily Facials Water Activated Cleansing Cloths ($10, 66 count) – I love these new facial cleansing cloths from Olay! Activated with water, these textured cleansing cloths thoroughly remove dirt, oil and makeup with a soap-free lather while exfoliating gently!
Hydrating Serum
DERMA E Hydrating Serum ($23) – With a heavy-duty boost of hyaluronic acid, this lightweight yet deeply-hydrating serum feeds skin with moisture to keep it supple and flake-free. It’s the perfect pick to layer under your moisturizer (morning and night). It’s cruelty-free and paraben-free.
Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Serum Fragrance-Free ($20) – If you want an impressive dose of hydration + anti-aging benefits, this is one of the best drugstore serums you can find! The silky lightweight serum layers beautifully under makeup or paired with moisturizer (morning and night).
Daytime Moisturizer with SPF
CeraVe AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion SPF 30 ($17) – Broad-spectrum SPF, lightweight and oil free yet hydrating with a healthy dose of anti-aging ingredients, no white cast and layers easily under makeup — this daily daytime moisturizer ticks all the right boxes!
Eucerin Daily Protection Face Lotion SPF 30 ($11) – This gentle, fragrance-free lotion provides broad-spectrum UV protection along with hydration. It’s lightweight yet moisturizing, and absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy sheen. Best of all, it’s inexpensive and generously sized!
Cetaphil Daily Facial Moisturizer with SPF 50+ ($14) – This drugstore moisturizer with sunscreen is non-greasy, non-irritating, and nicely hydrating. The lightweight formula wears well under makeup and leaves no filmy, white residue.
Exfoliant
Derma E Overnight Peel ($10.58) – Infused with a skin-brightening, non-abrasive blend of 5% glycolic acid, this is one of my favorite exfoliants because it’s hydrating and gentle on your skin!
Slather it on clean skin before bedtime and leave on overnight (I like to layer it under my night cream) and wake up with a fresh, glowing face! It can be used 2-3 times a week and tackles the damage done by the sun, pollution, acne while reducing fine lines.
Alpha Skin Care Enhanced Renewal Cream 12% Glycolic AHA ($16.99) – This is another great dry skin-friendly product that exfoliates gently and improves skin tone & texture. It features a skin-smoothing blend of 12% glycolic acid along with antioxidants & peptides that work together to help you get your natural glow back!
Eye Cream
Olay Regenerist Micro-sculpting Eye Swirl ($19) – With an elegantly lightweight texture and supercharged formula with hydrating + brightening ingredients, this eye cream is a drugstore skincare delight. Inexpensive yet effective eye creams aren’t easy to come by, but this one is surely a keeper!
Cetaphil Hydrating Eye Gel Cream ($12.79) – Packed with antioxidants and hyaluronic acid, this eye cream not only delivers in the wrinkle-fighting department but also hydrates deeply. It has a velvety gel-cream texture that absorbs super quickly and layers beautifully under makeup.
CeraVe Eye Repair Cream ($10.77)- This ultra-hydrating eye cream has a rich, soothing formula that feels great on skin and moisturizes deeply without being greasy. It also helps to reduce dark circles, puffiness and fine lines.

Aveeno Skin Relief Moisturizing Lotion ($7.97) – Another excellent, affordable body lotion for dry skin! Formulated with natural oatmeal and rich emollients, the nourishing formula locks in moisture for all day hydration.

Yes To Coconut Protecting Hand & Cuticle Cream ($5.99) – This hand and cuticle saver is a must-have for winter! The natural, ultra-rich formula is super moisturizing with a pleasant texture that isn’t greasy. It’s a wonderfully formulated yet well-priced hand cream for under $6!
Aveeno Positively Radiant Skin Brightening Daily Scrub ($4.78) – This face scrub helps improve skin tone and texture without leaving your skin feeling stripped or dry.
