Julep Nail Vernis in Kim is described as a dark, gunmetal grey with frost finish. Smoky and mysterious. I got this nail polish in my It girl Julep Maven Sneak Peek Box a few days ago.
Here is ‘Kim’ on my nails
I used the Julep Nail Therapy as a base coat first. It dries super quick and even filled the slight ridges in my thumbnail. As for the nail polish, the formula is a delight to use with its smooth consistency and applies evenly, however a bit streaky. I am not a fan of greys in general but this gorgeous gunmetal grey with a glossy finish made me fall in love with the color! The color is opaque in 2 coats. It’s perfect for fall/winters and has become one of my favorite shades this season! I have been wearing this polish for 4 days now and haven’t experienced any chipping which is better than usual for me.
I even tried a little nail art with the glitter pot that I received with this polish in my Julep Maven box. This is my first attempt at nail art so not sure if I did a good job with it.
