See And Be Seen Kit is the latest release for summer from Anastasia Beverly Hills. It is a limited-edition value set with four full-sized Anastasia products – one eyeshadow duo, two lip glosses, and a tinted brow gel.

Let’s begin with the Illumin8 Eyeshadow duo in On Set. This is a gorgeous eyeshadow duo with two shimmery neutral shades that I can see myself using all the time!

 

 

 

The lighter shade is a soft pink champagne and the other one is a light golden bronze. The colors are really flattering especially for those with warm undertones like me and perfect for quick, summery neutral eye looks. Both the shadows are velvety smooth and easy to blend with an excellent color payoff and no fall out. They last all day without any creasing or fading when paired with an eyeshadow primer (I used UDPP).

 

Next we have the HydraFull Glosses in Plastic and Heiress. These lip glosses promise to moisturize and condition your lips and leave you with a lasting wash of ultra-bright waterproof color….and they really do!

 

 

 

Plastic is a hot pink shade and Heiress is a warm raspberry pink, no shimmer in either of these. Both the shades are very bright and incredibly pigmented with a creme finish and lots of shine! There is no scent or taste. The formula is on the sticky side but not too much and wears comfortably. However, I am not complaining because the staying power is superb for a lip gloss! The glossiness is gone in an hour or two max but you are left with a nice, even stain that lasts for quite a long time (about 5 – 6 hours) without lips feeling dried out. I haven’t ever come across such long-wearing lip glosses that last well even through meal time so the formula is definitely impressive! Out of the two shades, Heiress is my fav and the color sticks around for long! The only thing I do not like about these glosses is the plastic stick/spatula style applicator that isn’t very convenient to use and applies the lipgloss somewhat unevenly.

And now on to the Tinted Brow Gel in Caramel – Anastasia’s brow gel sets your perfect brow look with a hint of tint and is fortified with botanical hair conditioners and essential oils to keep brows feeling as great as they look.

 

The tinted brow gel didn’t work for me simply because the shade Caramel (medium golden brown with some shimmer) is too light for my darker hair. This color is best suited for those with blonde or light brown hair. The product would be a great pick especially for those with thin, sparse brows and is also available separately in 5 shades. It would have been really nice to get a choice of the shade for the brow gel in the kit too.

Overall, color me impressed with Anastasia’s See And Be Seen kit! The lip glosses were definitely a standout product for me with their highly pigmented & comfortably long-wearing formula. These two colors are not available anywhere except in the See and Be Seen Kit.
