Today I have another color changing polish from the Ruby wing Cupcakes & Champagne collection for Fall 2013. The collection has 6 brand new color changing polishes that use SolarActive technology to change color when exposed to sunlight. Not only do these polishes change color in the sun, they are also lightly scented!
The shade I am reviewing here today is called Doux which is a sheer pink with purple-pink iridescent shimmer. The color is quiet sheer indoors but looks quite pretty and would be a great topper even without the color change. Outside, it changes to a deep shimmery purple that is simply gorgeous!
Here I have used three coats over a base coat and no top coat. The formula applies smoothly and is easy to work with. Just like Strawberry Shortcake, this one also has a sweet scent that isn’t overwhelming.

I LOVE COLOR CHANGING POLISHES!!! So cool. I actually used to paint my old cell phones with color changing polish to decorate them 🙂
